2. Information you choose to provide

Join free trial buttons open the SolarMind enquiry form in a new tab. The form asks for your name, email address, optional company name, service interest and message. We use these details to respond to your enquiry and discuss your setup. When you submit, FormSubmit processes the form and sends the information to [email protected]. The suggested message is filled in only when you choose to use it. You can edit it before sending. Contact email links open your email app; if you send an email, your email address and the details you include become part of your enquiry.

The dashboard on the homepage is an illustrative demonstration. It does not connect to your devices, read your smart meter or collect your household energy data.

3. Handling enquiries

The proposed purpose of enquiry handling is to reply to your questions, discuss requested trial compatibility and arrange follow-up. Information is provided voluntarily, although some details may be needed to answer your question.

Subject to company confirmation, the proposed lawful basis for requested steps towards a trial is taking steps before entering a contract. For general correspondence, it is the company’s legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.

5. Your data rights
